Jose Flores
Jose is the proud owner of Pro J’s Cycles, Inc. and leads his motorcycle racing team, “Team Pro J’s Racing.” He has been operating his motorcycle repair shop since 2009 and has been passionate about riding motorcycles since he was 9 years old. Jose began racing professionally in 2007 with AMA Pro Racing, becoming one of the few Latinos to compete in professional road racing in the United States.
In 2011, he was selected by Ducati for the 848EVO Club Racing Program under AMA Pro Racing, now known as MotoAmerica. He continues to race professionally with MotoAmerica, CRA Racing, and other local racing organizations. Additionally, Jose co-owns MGR Mufflers & Auto Repair, Inc. with his wife and partner, Liz Flores, further showcasing his commitment to the motorcycle and automotive industries.

Liz Flores
Liz came into Jose's life in 2018 and has since played a crucial role in establishing Pro J’s Cycles Inc as Co-Owner, alongside their Muffler shop, MGR Mufflers & Auto Repair, Inc. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous experience with State Farm, Florida’s Natural Growers, and Macy’s Tech. With over 13 years in Web Development, SEO Analysis, and Marketing & Design, Liz’s expertise has been invaluable.
Beyond her technical skills, Liz is the backbone of Team Pro J’s Racing, managing the team with dedication and precision. She also oversees their Rental Management company in Florida and has been a Super Host with Airbnb for more than four years, demonstrating her versatility in business.
Despite her busy schedule focused on growing multiple businesses, Liz finds relaxation in playing video games, which helps her destress and maintain balance.
